ROBO "Testing" Projects

Following is a small representation of testing projects that ROBO Testing has been involved with over the years. Many projects, due to their confidential nature, have not been included in this collage.

ROBO Testing was hired to carry out air flow testing to catalogue and publish fan curves for the customer’s line of centrifugal fans. This included the design and fabrication of apparatus for air flow tests in accordance to ASHRAE standards. ROBO Testing also built a dynamometer for measuring fan efficiencies and power.

In order to measure required power for PTO powered equipment, and tension in components, ROBO Testing built various couplers with strain gauges for measurements with a wireless telemetry system.

There has been numerous CNH/flexi-coil equipment tested by ROBO Testing over the past number of years.

ROBO Testing Inc. currently offers a wireless telemetry Data Acquisition system with various types of measurement nodes and capabilities (from torque and strain to vibration and impact) to improve customers product lines. We can also design testing procedures to work in your application in shop or in the field. Design and testing can be done at your facility, our facility or anywhere in between.
