Design Projects by ROBO Testing

ROBO Testing’s projects have consisted of both testing and design. Following are some of the products that ROBO Testing has been involved in.

REM 3700 and 2700 Grain Vac. Following the finalizing of SolidWorks models, a working prototype, and various component tests, the complete unit was subjected by ROBO Testing to a full bank of tests in real life situations.

Stewart Steel Oil Tankers. This was an individual project designed to provide another product for the customers’ product line. This was a research and design/only project which included in depth research into regulation requirements and design standards for highway tankers and transportation of dangerous goods.

NCQ exhaust gas heat exchanger. This was a complete project from design to final production. ROBO Testing was hired to aid in the design of this exchanger then build limited production runs of the final product. From there, ROBO Testing held responsibilities for design, manufacture, service and Canadian sales, as well as a go-between for many foreign marketing teams. We set up manufacturing and marketing processes and worked on developing an electronic monitoring system.

Brandt Grain Cart. Following the finalizing of SolidWorks models, a working prototype, and various component tests, the complete unit was subjected by ROBO Testing to a full bank of tests in accelerated testing and real life situations.
